The compact aesthetic result, in line with the alternative of wood and wpc, amazes for its origin in a special ultracement blend.

Our product belongs to the family of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) ULTRACEMENT.
It’s a UHPC formula, personalized to meet the needs of outdoor materials: flexibility, density, anti-slip, color fastness, resistance to frost-thaw, to scratches, mildew, rot and bacteria.
Enhanced mixture with Quartz and Marble powders.

PARTICLES OF MARBLE FOR DENSITY

Marble is an element used to give density and hardness.

PULVERIZED QUARTZ CRYSTALS FOR AESTHETIC RESULT

Thanks to our production process the quartz in the blend creates a sort of “shield” on the surface, which contributes to the aesthetics of the plank.

FIREPROOF

Fireproof and it does not produce smoke.
Listotech is completely fireproof and incombustible, thanks to its materic composition in reconstituted stone and to the absence of wood or plastic.

RESISTANCE TO THERMAL SHOCK

Frost and heat resistant, and high thermal shock.

DENSITY

The high density prevents water infiltration and erosion.

FLEXIBILITY

Having a flexible material allows it to respond to stress without breaking.

ABRASION RESISTANCE

Thanks to quartz and marble crystals, decking planks are abrasion and scratch resistant.

ROT AND BACTERIA RESISTANCE

Being an inert/aggregate material, Listotech Decking does not release harmful substances and it is immune to fungi, bacteria, humidity and rot.

REQUIRED POROSITY

A minimum porosity is necessary to prevent the water inside from deforming the material by expanding.

COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

Ultracement has the advantage of being 50 times stronger than a normal cement.

VIBRATION

In our production cycle we do not use any vibration.

SUSTAINABILITY

100% recyclable.
Production process designed in a sustainable way:

Maturation with heat never higher than 40 degrees. Therefore very low CO2 production compared to other materials.
SCC: low environmental impact formula
Minimum water consumption in the blend, being an UHPC.
Lower water use also when cutting and sanding: we have converted into dry machining.
No vibration nor noise pollution.
